Returns and refunds
For ordinary returns of non-defective products, the product must be unused and unopened, in its original packaging, with the packaging and tamper-evident seal intact. Opened, used, decanted or contaminated products, or products with a broken tamper seal, are not eligible for ordinary returns.
Contact Tate at tate@dynachem.co.za or WhatsApp 079 806 9549 with your order reference, reason for return and relevant photographs before arranging a return. We will confirm the return arrangements and any applicable transport costs. This process does not limit statutory rights or impose a fee where the law requires the supplier to bear the cost.
Damaged, defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied products: please contact Tate promptly so the issue can be assessed and the appropriate remedy arranged. The unopened-packaging and intact-seal conditions do not remove rights that apply to these goods under South African law.
This policy does not exclude or restrict any applicable rights under the Consumer Protection Act or Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, including statutory cancellation, return and refund rights. Where a statutory right applies, it takes precedence over the ordinary-return conditions above.
