Who is responsible

Information stored on your device
The product basket, favourites, selected delivery and payment preferences, and quote-message previews are stored in your browser’s local storage or session storage so the app can remember them on that device. Quote previews may include your name, company, contact details, delivery information, products and notes. This information remains on your device unless you choose to share it. It is not transmitted to Dynachem by simply filling in the app.
The app’s service worker may store the app shell and product images in browser cache so previously loaded parts can work offline. These app files do not contain your quote details.
WhatsApp, phone and email
If you continue from a quote or consultation form to WhatsApp, the app opens WhatsApp with the message you prepared. Review it before sending. If you tap Send, WhatsApp and Dynachem receive the message and its contents. WhatsApp then handles the information under its own terms and privacy practices. Phone and email links open the relevant service when you choose to use them.
Payments and tracking
This app does not take card or EFT payments, use advertising trackers, or run analytics. A payment preference in a quote is only a request; Tate will confirm payment arrangements separately.
Retention and your choices
Device-stored app information stays in that browser until you clear it or remove the app/site data in your browser settings. You can clear the basket, saved quote previews and preferences with the button below. Any enquiry you send by WhatsApp or email is retained and handled by Dynachem for responding to and managing the enquiry, subject to applicable South African privacy law and record-keeping requirements. You may contact us to request access to or correction or deletion of information, subject to applicable law.
